      Home Maintenance “TIPS”
   
 
Regular cleaning of your windows on the outside can remove abrasive or corrosive substances such as dirt, insects, and debris. This debris can cause oxidation which can accumulate and permanently damage the glass.
     
 
About 75% of what is in your carpets comes from the outside - mainly your shoes. We recommend that you vacuum your carpets each week by the number of people in the house. For instance if there is 2 people in the house you should vacuum twice a week. Of course if you have small children or pets you will need to vacuum more often.
     
   
Clean your carpet at least once a year. Most carpets are cleaned only when they look like they need it. A carpet that looks like it needs to be cleaned in reality, is problably long overdue for a cleaning.
     
   
Steam cleaning is the most effective method of carpet cleaning according to most major carpet manufacturers.
     
   
Remember... when choosing a carpet cleaning company the lowest price will not necessarily produce the best job. What usually happens is the lowest price company comes to your door and upsells the job. They may end up taking short cuts in order to move on to the next job because they have to do more jobs per day to meet their quotas. Also, ask what training the techinicain has and how long they have been cleaning carpets.

P&E CARPET CLEANING
P&E Carpet cleaning is IICRC certified. Our technicians are also certified in carpet cleaning techniques. By being certified, we are commited to maintaining industry standards and trends.

P&E will give you the price in writing, and that is the price you pay unless you add on something at the job.

P&E Carpet Cleaning Process:
We use a truck mounted hot water extraction steam cleaning unit.

Our Five Step Program:
  1- vacuum
  2- pre-spray
  3- aggitate pre-spray into the carpet to help loosen the dirt from the fiber
  4- steam clean
  5- groom the carpet

A spot remover is used as needed. We also use a tool to clean close to the edge of your carpet. A fan will be provided while cleaning to help dry the carpet.

P&E WINDOW CLEANING
Window cleaning can be a difficult and, dangerous job. P&E cleans windows as high as 32 feet.

Regular cleaning of your outside windows removes abrasive and corrosive substances such as dirt, insects, and debris that cause oxidation. Oxidation can cause permanent damage to the window glass.

We are fullly insured for your protection.

P&E Window Cleaning Services:
- All window cleaning is done by hand using a scrubber, squeegee, light scraping, and the sills are wiped dry.

- Cleaning for mirrors, chandeliers, and coach lights is also available.
P&E POWER WASHING
Our power washing technicians use the correct pressure for each job. We control the water spray from 500-3500 psi to remove mold, mildew, algae, grease, and dirt.
